Return Policy
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, Hirkin is glad to sort out the problem or exchange the product.

2 Days Exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with your product, we entertain exchange of products purchased from us without a reduction in weight or rate only if the same is returned to from undamaged, unused and accompanied with the bill within 2 days. You can return any of our products except for products that have been customized for you.

Refund Policy
If you have cancelled your order and made the payment online, and if your cancelation has been accepted, then your payment will be refunded to you within 5-7 business days.
